If our customer has a hard time finding the right talent to join his team, T4T can assist in finding them. Because of our huge database and our wide range of contacts we are confident that we can present suitable candidates within a realistic timeframe.

T4T does an extensive screening to get an excellent match for our customers' requirements and prepares the candidate for the interview which will be conducted by our customer.

Once our customer gives an approval, the hiring process can be conducted in 2 possible ways:

Fee

A one-time finders-fee is charged by T4T. The candidate is immediately placed on our customers' payroll.

Try & hire

T4T and our customer enter into a mutually agreed trial period where a price will be charged per worked day (exactly as for a Temporary staffing solution). After this period the candidate will transfer to our customers' payroll for free.
