Finding the right talent is a daunting task these days for most companies... that's where T4T makes the exception: we are true talent hunters!

People at the start of their career are an enormous asset to the right company, that's where T4T's Specialized Classes concept comes into place.

Depending on the requirements laid down by our customer we prepare candidates during a 1 to 2 month rigorous training schedule for immediate action. After successfully completing the course the candidates start work at our customers' premises and a day price is being charged during a mutually agreed trial period (exactly as for a Temporary staffing solution), after which they are transferred to our customer's payroll for free.
